This two hour tour takes you on an historical and architectural journey through the canals of Sète, before heading out into the Étang where we will enjoy oysters grown right in these waters, paired with wines from our neighbours.

Buvette Tours designs private wine and food experiences for companies based in and around Montpellier.
Think of a morning on the Étang de Thau tasting oysters and natural wines, followed by an immersive vineyard experience complete with long lunch in the vines. Or, let us bring all of this right to your door, right to your office, with a curated tasting focused on the artisan producers of our region who work organically, biodynamically and regeneratively.

Having worked in restaurants and wineries across the UK, Europe, and Australia, they are passionate advocates of organic and biodynamic viticulture, real wines, dedicated vignerons, and ambitious artisans.
With this depth of experience — and an enviable black book of contacts — they offer guests the rare chance to go behind the scenes and experience local wine, food, and culture in a way few people ever can.

AMBER
GARDNER
Amber is a former Michelin-trained sommelier with a deep-rooted passion for wine. She divides her time between importing, buying, and writing, drawing on a wide network cultivated over years in wineries and restaurants across Australia and Europe. A passionate advocate of organic and biodynamic viticulture, Amber has seen firsthand how small, artisanal producers safeguard culture and tradition through every bottle they craft.
MAURANE
EL MOKKEDEM
Maurane spent 10 years working in some of London’s finest restaurants, where she discovered her passion for wine in 2018, before returning to her native town: Sète.
Upon her return, she deepened her expertise in natural, terroir-driven wines.
Passionate about gastronomy, food, wine pairings, and “everything related to her taste buds,” Maurane brings boundless energy and extensive knowledge to Buvette Tours. She draws inspiration from her creative approach to craft unforgettable epicurean experiences.
